We have an instrumental music program incorporating percussion, woodwind and brass instruments. Each year, our instrumental teacher runs a recruitment program to identify students for the program. Students are eligible to participate from year 5. In some cases, students from year 4 are recruited. Instrumental Music is a commitment to be taken seriously and as such students are expected to attend all lessons and rehearsals and practise regularly. Students perform on parades and at special school occasions such as awards ceremonies. Students are also encouraged to compete at the Central Highlands Eisteddfod.
