BYO Device Program  

Middlemount Community  School participates in the Bring Your Dev​ice  (BYOD) program. The BYOD program is a pathway supporting the delivery of 21st century learning. It is a term used to describe a digital device ownership model where students use their personally-owned mobile devices to access the department’s information and communication (ICT) network.

The BYOD Program is not mandatory, Middlemount CS students will have a range of shared school owned devices for use in the classroom, and class time in the computer labs.


                 The enrolment process is to be completed at home

How to onboard into INTUNE  WINDOWS @ HOME

Check : Your student's account is an Administrator of the computer.

Check : Ensured students school account & password is working – new students will need to log on at school first before they can enrol into INTUNE.

Check: for any pending Microsoft updates 

Check: Laptop is not in S MODE​

Check:  Updated virus checker​​

Check : Have downloaded Office 365 (free from EQ)

​How to onboard into INTUNE APPLE @ HOME 

​1. Your Apple ID username and password (this is needed to download the Intune app)

2. You need to set a passcode on the iPad

3. You also need to know your child’s MIS ID and EQ password

4. Connect to enrol into INTUNE @ Home


When at School please connect to EQNET wi-fi ,  to access the school  server please connect to the  BYO.exe mapper app and add the Students Intranet​ Homepage .
